The Heart - not a Pump? but a Spiral Shaped Spinner?

In the below video Dr. Gil Hedley shows us a real human heart and unrolls it, unfurling it from its nested spiral shape.
He believes that the heart doesn’t pump blood.. it spins it.

It makes sense considering the motion of life at its core appears to be a spiral. Interestingly when he shows the towel being twisted to show how a spiral causes materials to braid and to prepare us to look at the spiral of the heart, the way the towel braids is the same way our DNA is spiral braided.
